Well at least, if they carry out their threats, now we have the healthcare to treat the gunshot wounds! LOL!

Those are the kind who do exactly what they condemn others for. They figured we should sit by quietly while they waged war on the middle east, but God forbid we try to do something constructive for our own!

It's interesting to watch what's going on in the right and far-right at this time. I wonder if they will build up energy in strength, or if what is happening is the result of their anger at the realization that they are losing power and are no longer the predominant force in America, at least for the time being.

Hehe, the teabaggers are incredibly lost!!! They'll fade away. I'm just back from meetings with Congress in DC and the teabaggers were running all around with no focus. They were arguing with people in elevators and the cafeteria and whoops even me. Big mistake!!! Hehe....

These teabaggers are held together by hate, not ideology. Getting all vocal and saying something about doing violence is a lot different than actually doing violence. These people brought their families and a lot of their children were visibly disturbed by the words coming from their own parents. So, not only do I think the teabaggers will fade away, I suspect divorces may break many of their families.

Should we be surprised? Isn't this what Beck, Limbaugh et al have been calling for? Gale wrote an article for 9 dogs that I don't think is far off the mark:

But, personally, at this moment, I am thrilled to the bone, and tearful, at what appears to be a confirmation of health care reform. I don't expect magic, I don't think it will quell the hatred one iota. But it surely points up that none of this was about health care at all. It was about the black man in the white house. It was about power and hope. It was about people and profits. I think I need a moment, because this is the first step toward something I have dreamed of my entire adult life.

I think we should spank them and send them to bed without supper. That is how you treat spoiled whining brats, right?

I'm not surprised that the fringe elements are showing their asses, but I am surprised the Tea Party leadership isn't backpedaling away from this stupidity as quickly as they can. It seems the Tea Party doesn't care who joins as long as they go to the rallies.

We've seen this before, have we not?
Signs that said "We came unarmed this time"....
And then, people actually showed up at town hall meetings, actually armed, including one where the President was, and he was carrying a high-powered rifle slung over his shoulder!
I hope to God that the country doesn't explode from these assholes after the bill passes, a'la Rodney King's assailant's acquittals. While on the page leading from the link provided, I see someone wrote in saying that this Congresswoman Slaughter, who proposed using the whole 'Deem and Pass' procedure (used by Republicans on many occasions), HAD A BRICK thrown through her office window last night (Mar 19th), likely the reason they were prompted to drop the whole Deem and Pass idea altogether.

These people are going ballistic, one way or another, folks! The way I see it, why not beat the rush? Arrest 'em! Use the Patriot Act, if you have too, THAT'S WHAT IT'S FOR, ISN'T IT???

I hate myself for what I just said, but better that than some good people getting hurt - or killed.
