Description
The Costa Rican healthcare system is rated very highly on an international level, and the country’s citizens enjoy the health and life expectancy equal to that of more developed nations. These accolades come courtesy of strong, universal health insurance and excellent public and private hospitals. - First Hawaii, now Costa Rica, when will he learn.

It is a great place to live, but I'd hate to have to visit.

At least that was what I used to say when I lived there.

It is a great little country. Rush could do much worse.

I'm not that desperate for better healthcare. Sure we want universal healthcare but we can live without it. It would be extremely nice to have but everything doesn't always work out the way you want it.

I'm betting he is going to backpedal as he did after praising Hawaiian health care after he learned that Hawaii has had 'Socialized Medicine' for decades.

Yes....I found this quite hilarious indeed! It shows just how uneducated and out of touch uch Limbaugh and company actually are. It cracks me up...just like when all the anti-Obama people were threatening to move to Europe if Obama was elected. Like Europe would have them. LMAO! And wouldn't that defeat the purpose... whine about Obama and socialism...when in fact Obama is closer to a moderate than anything...but certainly not a socialist...yet move to an actual socialist conutry?

And yes it is a shame that our country turns its back on so many of her citizens. Are we really a developed country? I have my doubts with the high rate of poverty and of uninsured.

What is hilarious is that ANY COUNTRY he would go to, ANY ONE, PICK ONE, has universal healthcare. EVEN MEXICO has it.

I just don't get it. How come less developed countries can do this and we can't or won't. How sad our country turns it back on so many of her citizens.
